ELIGIBILITY:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.
  • Toys and Replicas must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.

RETURN PROCESS:

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting details.

Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and further instructions on how to proceed.

RETURN SHIPPING:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, damaged item).

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RA number in the package,  then mail your return to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

REFUNDS:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to check the availability of the desired item.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability, and the customer may be responsible for any price differences.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the original item for an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, or items categorized as personal care products.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
